A 100 yr old in-town Jamestown, Rhode Island garage updated in 2018 with a bathroom, electrical and water. A separate unique cottage with natural wood ceiling, large windows, french doors, gardens and a center ceiling fan in a beachside community. The 400 sf. main living area has eating table, a bed and a chaise lounge for reading.
There is a coffee pot, mini-refrigerator/ freezer and microwave.
Walk to town, beach, parks, festivals or take a ferry to Newport.
