Just across the Cape Coral Bridge, this quaint duplex with private backyard is walk-able to downtown South Cape Entertainment District and parks. The neighborhood is quiet, close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery stores. The interior is designed with original artwork creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The backyard is landscaped with lush tropical plants. Enjoy the plethora of butterflies and birds! A pair of Burrowing Owls live on the property and you will see them.

The space
The Downtown Garden Place was our first home for two and a half years and we loved every minute of it! The 900 square feet of living space is bright, clean and newly renovated. The backyard that we planted ourselves is a fluttering frenzy of beautiful butterflies and birds. We built an outdoor patio with a shaded sitting area. The garden is designed specifically for butterflies so if you look closely, you can find caterpillars and chrysalis! There are tropical fruit trees intermittently spaced throughout the yard. It is truly a magical place! The majority of the artwork, including dinnerware, is created by us! We hope you enjoy the home as much as we did!
