The space
One bedroom apartment with a spacious living room and dining area, a quiet bedroom and a relaxing bathroom equipped with a porcelain tub -situated in a superb location.
The space is ideal for up to 5 people. The couches in the living room easily convert and are comfortable to sleep in.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access all the interior space of the apartment, including a balcony with a view. Also, they have private access to the building by taking the elevator.
Impeccably clean and fresh towels are provided for all our guests (this is where most of the special care goes into ) :D

This really is the best neighborhood in Tirana. "Sami Frasheri" street is one of the most popular streets in Tirana, which leads directly to the main avenues and Lana river, only river that crosses the city in between.
The neighborhood is one of the safest, you can easily find the Directory of Policy in front of the building. A small Conad store and a bakery is located nearby the apartment.
Shopping from food markets to clothing are accessible as soon as you step out of the apartment.
Also, if you want to spend some time shopping this is a very helpful choice because Metropol Shopping Center is in the main floor of the building, and you can find there many well-known brands like Swarovski, Swatch, Villeroy & Boch, Blukids, Top Shop, etc, or you can take some time to enjoy a massage, a manicure - pedicure or a turkish bath at Velur Spa.
The area is full with cafeterias and good restaurants, starting from the traditional ones to the most popular and frequented ones. Mentioning here that the apartment is located near "Bllok"-area, which is well known for its popularity and nightlife.
