The apartment is brand new and furnished with taste and simplicity, has a separate bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area , has laundry, shower, as well as modern fitted kitchen, coffee drinks, microwave, dishes and cookware.

The space

I't a place new and confortable: perfect to live the real spirit of old Naples in una cosy and suggestive street. A tip: take the C16 bus line, only 30 meters far from the apartment, and you will have a suggestive ride to the stunning overview of Naples, the Vesuvius, the gulf and the islands ! Don't miss it !

Guest access

My guest will have access to the entire apartment :to the new and confortable kitchen with microwave oven, dishes, plates, glasses and everything to cook; in the bathroom they will find paper of first reception , shampoo and soap , hair dryer. The apartment has an LCD TV and air conditioning cold air / warm air.

This place is cute and cozy! But if you are looking for a place close to touristy things I wouldn't pick this place. That was the only downfall otherwise great place!

We stayed four nights at Giovanna's appartment and it was a great experience. The appartment was very nice and well equipped, and located just a few blocks from a metro station. It was also within walking distance from the historic city center, so it was very well located. Giovanna responded promptly to our messages, and was a great host!

This was a great little apartment for us to explore the city of Naples. It's very close to the Metro and easy to travel around from. The apartment was very clean and lovely inside. The only issue we had was with the Wifi, as the signal strength was very poor and in fact didn't really work at all. Other than this though I would happily recommend.

The apartment was nice, but there were a few things that made us consider finding a new place while we were there. First of all, the apartment is located on what seemed to be a main road in the middle of a large hill. Cars and scooters were full throttle up the hill making the air about 90% emissions. (you can't open the balcony door to get fresh air) It smelled very moldy/musty as as soon as we entered the room and seemed to get worse as our stay continued. The air conditioner worked, but something was wrong with it. It had a constant pitter as if the motor was going to go at any time. The Wi-Fi worked for about 10 minutes in the morning and almost never at night. If you were able to connect, it would only be for about 5 minutes and would then stop working. Lastly, the first night we got there, we walked to a pizza place nearby (Starita. It was amazing) and on our way back, we got chased by some crazy lady. Literally chased. It started as her following us and whistling and cracking her mouth as if she was trying to get her dogs attention. That's what I thought until I turned around and saw that she didn't have a dog... then she started walking faster and got closer to us, so we started walking as fast as possible. Luckily we were going up a hill and the lady wasn't in the best. shape. We were able to put some distance between us until she started sprinting after us! Long story short, I almost had to knock some fat crazy chick out in Naples. We walked to the same restaurant the next night and didn't see her, so it must not be a nightly occurrence. Other than the smell, WiFi, and iffy neighborhood, the apartment was very nice. It was the most modern one we stayed in during 3 weeks in Italy.

This accomodation was in a great little spot where the locals were just beautiful. It is out a bit from Napoli centre but still walkable. The accomodation, however, was sub par. It is tiny, not suitable for 4 people and the heating does not work effectively at all. The safety switch kept turning off and we spent our time there freezing. I contacted Giovanna twice about the heating and did not receive a response. Very disappointed with her lack of communication in regard to the heating issues. We loved Napoli nevertheless but unfortunately would not recommend this accomodation.

Hello, I'm Giovanna, i'm a lover of art and literature. I'm married and i have three little daughters. The idea to provide my apartment was actually born from the same proximity to the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, the first and oldest in Europe. I love archeology, I love to travel and meet new people. To my guests I recommend the most suggestive itineraries and the most intense glimpses of this wonderful city, unique in the world. Do not miss the culinary tips, my space is very close to one of the most famous and historic pizzerias in Naples.
