About this listing
Our cool and cosy 120m2 2-bedroom bungalow is set in a small awards-winning residence with a lush garden overlooking a wetland. Take a dip in the 16m natural pool or a short stroll to the beach & the lively beach road via a street lined with shops.
Our charming contemporary bungalow is set in a lush garden setting. Everytime we are there, I think how blessed we are. It is so peaceful that you will hear all the sounds of nature around. You need to walk over an aquatic garden and pond to get to the bungalow. It overlooks a natural swimming pool and a wetland. The wetland provides a nice outlook from the balconies, a sense of space. The apartment is very private with 24/7 security.

I am a 44 yr old professional, husband, proud father of twin boys. I work in making our world a better place. I consult on sustainable development issues and involved in NGO work.
My favorite city is Cape Town, where I spent 15 years. I loved it so much that I stayed after my studies. Runner up is Sydney.
The five things that I cannot live without are my family and friends, love, music, food and the outdoor.
When I travel I prefer to be in a peaceful place surrounded by nature rather than being in the buzzing city. I like the city but only for a short time.
