别墅位于海甸岛最临海的位置，开车距机场35-40分钟，距海南大学及海口市人民医院20分钟，小区南门小吃一条街餐厅咖啡店应有尽有，小区西门距海边2分钟距离，西门对面就是海口市最大的休闲公园白沙门公园，如果正值盛夏公园中的椰林里椰风阵阵，极其凉爽。

小区距海口各大景区及市中心也都在30分钟的车程内。
