This bright, remodeled studio has vaulted ceilings, skylight & laminate flooring. Large, private, sunny patio is for you to BBQ or simply relax. Full kitchen with gas stove, new refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials. Tile shower, no bathtub.

The space

The studio is in a quiet, private setting down a private lane. There are surrounding orchards and vineyards cascading over rolling hills. Natural light abounds inside with vaulted ceilings and a skylight.

There is a large, walk in closet and a new dresser for your use. The space is perfectly equipped for the extended stay traveler.

Your arrival 'basket' includes some fresh, free range eggs from the chickens (at times the hens lay fewer eggs but I provide organic store eggs). There will also be some coffee, tea and creamer to help get you started in the morning.

Guest access

You have a private entrance from the paved driveway into a large, fenced patio that has both sun and shade. A new, comfortable outdoor patio set with table and chairs & umbrella as well as a propane BBQ grill is available for your use. The space is completely private both inside and outside.

Interaction with guests

I live on the property and may be available to meet in person depending on how much personal interaction you would like to have. Let me know if you would like to meet - otherwise I will respect your privacy. I am available to answer any questions you may have about the studio or the surrounding area by phone, text, email, or in person.

Other things to note

New sofa bed becomes a double bed.
High quality egyptian cotton linens for beds and bath.
Kitchen is fully equipped including gas range & oven, toaster oven and microwave. New cookware too.
The studio has fresh paint throughout (low VOC paint in all areas).

The studio was quiet, cozy, and perfect for a weekend stay! We loved Sebastopol and Stephanie was a great host: accommodating, friendly, and well-organized.

Great little place in an ideal location! Stephanie is a terrific host – lots of solid recommendations and nice welcoming touches like half-and-half for your coffee and fresh farm eggs from her chickens. Even though we were there on the warmest weekend on record, the studio was comfortable and pleasant.

Stephanie's studio was an amazing place to stay. I am grateful that my mom & I chose to stay there during my vacation to California for the Santa Rosa Marathon. The bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean and well organized. Also, I appreciated how well Stephanie was at communicating before & during my trip. She provided numerous recommendations of things to enjoy in the area, which was very helpful. Outside was a beautiful view of vineyards and very peaceful. I definitely recommend everyone to stay here for any occasion.

We had a really nice long weekend at Stephanie's place! The location was perfect for us to explore the nearby towns and great restaurants one day and the beach/coast the other day. The studio was perfect for our family of 4 with our two little kids on the pull out couch. The linens were very comfortable and it was super convenient to be able to cook dinners in using the cute kitchen after busy days out. Overall, two big thumbs up!

We had a great time at Stephanie's place in beautiful wine country. We were there for a big race and the location worked out perfectly as a secluded but nearby retreat to rest and relax before race day. The space has a great feel and Stephanie's communication was great. Fantastic!

Stephanie was a superior hostess who was readily available for communication if questions arose; there was an unexpected plumbing problem during our stay and she was on top of the issues immediately with consideration for our needs. She provided a made-up extra bed, fresh eggs from her chickens (just ladies- no rooster noise), and organic half-n-half for our late arrival due to travel delays, which made waking up the next morning in this little sanctuary easy and cozy! If you are looking for a sweet little perch in one of the best micro-climates of the area, this is it. Stephanie's place is private, clean, and sports stainless steel cookware and a lovely patio with a grill. The linens are high quality and the bed is comfortable. The location is in the gorgeous countryside of Sonoma but with quick access to Sebastopol and the 101- very convenient. Definitely recommended.

This place was even better than expected! It is secluded, private, quiet, and has amazing vineyard views from two red Adirondack chairs. The place even came with fresh homegrown eggs and coffee! This is perfect for a quiet getaway but could also work for a small family. It is a 15 minute curvy road drive from Sebastopol, but that just added to the secluded feel.

Stephanie User ProfileStephanie is a superhost.

Hi,

I'm originally from the east coast and relocated to Northern California almost 30 years ago. I've been in Sebastopol for sixteen years and love living in this area.

There are so many interesting things to do here in Sonoma County: Touring the Wine Country, walking the beach, or exploring small, unique towns such as Healdsburg, Calistoga and, of course, Sebastopol.

I enjoy opening my home to my friends and welcoming guests to my bnb. I hope you'll enjoy relaxing on the patio in the morning with your first cup of coffee/tea or your evening glass of wine after a day of exploring or relaxing.

Thank you and welcome to my home,

Stephanie
