Within walking distance of 4th Ave, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Featuring one large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a large family room with a sofa bed, and french doors lead out to a private garden level patio & yard. NO FULL KITCHEN. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster are included.

Upon entering the space you are greeted with a spacious living room featuring:
- A comfy full size sofa bed
- Large coffee table where you will find many travel suggestions, important numbers and both local dine-in and takeout menu

Bedroom
In the bedroom you will find a super comfy full-size queen mattress, premium pillows, thick comforter and fresh cotton sheets.

Bathroom
The bathroom features an abundance of fresh towels, toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, a hair dryer, cotton swabs and pads. An adjustable shower head rounds out the bathtub.

Kitchen
There is NO FULL KITCHEN, but there are some kitchen appliance: mini-fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire space and everything the suite has to offer, including a private patio with a separate private entrance on side of the building. The suite is located on the right side of the garden level of the house. The door has a keypad and the code will be provided to our guests.

**Please note one hour or more late check out without prior agreement will be charged the nightly rate**
**Smoking is prohibited in this unit, therefore a fee of $250 will be applied to any guest that does not comply**
