This is a chic and elegant 4-season cottage with splendid finishes and lots of amenities: 2 bedrooms with a pull -out couch in the living room, an outdoor bunkie, and 1.5 baths.

Enjoy some of the most amazing sunsets in the world from an outstanding over sized deck!

Explore lake Huron by swimming, kayaking, or canoeing directly from a new dock/swim platform!

The space
Occupancy:
- 6 guests, including outdoor bunkie for summer (preferably max 4 adults and 2 children, as cottage may feel small for 6 adults);
- please contact directly prior to booking if you have any questions regarding occupancy, especially 6 adults situations as we aim to bring awareness and ensure you a comfortable stay.

- 3 or 4 nights min., while 7 nights for summer season (July and August, with Saturday check in).
Cottage details:
An outstanding showcase for elegant cottage living combined with practicality, displaying all amenities of a modern home and adding the enjoyment of outdoor life, or relaxation by the water.

Family & friends can gather happily here and appreciate the gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and full granite countertops that satisfies all your culinary needs. Coffee, tea, sugar, honey or sweetener are complementary. All kitchen utensils and most cooking supplies are provided. Double fridge and double oven, plus all small kitchen appliances will help you with your cooking tasks.

Note that the cottage is on septic tank and drilled well water with a full house filtration with UV light water system, softener, and sink undermount two stage drinking water system.

A full size bathroom with granite countertops and walking in shower/tub, plus a convenient master bedroom 2 pcs en-suite offer you all modern necessities. All bath supplies are provided, including face towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap and shower gel, hair dryer and even bath towels.

The propane fireplace provides heat for cool mornings & romantic evenings.
The Shaw satellite dish, 55" TV with Netflix, and the internet/WI-FI will keep you connected with the world and friends, or entertained.

Two super quiet ceiling fans and a full size dehumidifier will help with your comfort during warmer days.
New beds and mattresses will ensure a resting sleep, while the skylight in the master bedroom allows you to see the night sky from your own bed.

Facing the water, here is an entertainer’s sized deck with BBQ, a propane fire table, raised bar, and all patio furniture for your needs! The view from the extra large deck is breathtaking! Spend the evening relaxing and stargazing!

Nicely appointed queen Bunkie is a great escape for the parents, or the kids.

All bed linens, towels, plenty of blankets and pillows are provided as well with no additional charge for any stays!

Free access to laundry room, consisting of a 1.7 cu ft washer and 4 cu ft dryer, as well as detergent and dryer sheets!

Guests can enjoy complimentary: 2 single kayaks, one 3 seater canoe, stand up paddle board, life jackets, and a mountain bike.
Even an outdoor ping-pong table is provided.

Sit by the fire and enjoy marshmellows and the beautiful night sky; fire pit with sitting area and all firewood are awaiting.

The lake Huron shoreline has a mix of flat rock, rocks, and pebble, with gradual entry into the water making it great for kayaking, canoeing, or swimming! Water shoes are highly recommended.
Please be always mindful of waves and water conditions as the lake or weather are not always calm.

Note: Pet friendly house, although requiring that pets are fully supervised, not allowed on couches or beds, and that house rules are respected.

Guest access
Guests are able to fully access the entire house, as well as the Bunkie.
Keypad lock with access code.
Guests are able to park on the property. Guests must follow the property line at the waterfront and respect neighbouring waterfront/docks ans properties. Local noise by law is in effect and enforced.

Other things to note
Wheelchair accessible.
We rely on our guests to leave the house they way they found it.
No cleaning fee or pet fee are charged upfront, but a $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the place is left in disorder.
