Beautifully decorated apartment with 2 bedrooms, each with queen size beds and air conditioner, night stand, 4 drawer chest or 6 drawer dresser, mirror, lamp(s) and closet.
Living room/dinette with queen size Futon sofa sleeper, fan, coffee table, TV & WIFI, four chair dinette table.
Full kitchen with gas stove with oven, double door refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven. Bathroom with tub, toilet, bidet and pedestal sink.
Apartment is located on second floor of building, 36" wide stairs.

Guest access
Guest have access to the laundry area with European style washer/dryer.

Other things to note
The WiFi modem has a card on the base with the user and password information. There's also a small blackboard with the WiFi information on the family room wall.

The light switch for the kitchen and family areas is easily accessible but it's located in the wall at the end of the hallway, behind the refrigerator.
The refrigerator's water and ice making/dispensing does not work.
The hot water heater is run by gas, while we try to assure there's enough gas, sometimes it may run out. Please let us know if it doesn't work so that we can take care of it as soon as possible.


The washer is also a dryer, but it can only handle small loads and takes its time with the wash & dry cycle. There's a binder with instructions in English, Spanish and French.
