Great location in Old San Juan, walking distance to everything. Apartment is as described and Carlos was there to meet us on arrival. The air conditioner was not working properly when we arrived. Vladimir didn't wait for a complaint, rather he already had an electrician arranged and the problem was fixed in less than 24 hrs. This apartment is best suited for a couple but would still be comfortable for three people.

Great place in a great location. A block away from Castillo San Cristobal, and walking distance to any place in old town San Juan. Parking is close and cheap. The style is unique and refreshing from a modern suburban feel like I'm used to in the US. Communication was easy and my questions were answered promptly.

Nice flat in great location! Old San Juan is literally right outside the door, so you can explore and whenever you need a break the flat is only minutes away. This is actually one of the first streets you come to, so quite a few people stop to take photos of "your street". The name of the apartment was a bit confusing to us and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It's not a loft, but on the ground floor of an old colonial building. We were traveling with a baby, so for us this was very practical. The apartment has been nicely refurbished and the design of these old houses makes it less hot and stuffy even though it doesn't have any windows. The flat is fully air conditioned, has a comfortable bed and practical kitchen. The little tub was also great and the fold out sofa was very convenient. We used it as a play mat for our baby. There were also some guide books to the area and the rest of Puerto Rico. Didn't meet Vladimir, but communicated with him online and he responded very quickly.

This loft has an architecture characterized by 18 feet high ceilings to cool off the properties during the humid months of the Caribbean. A property completely built of brick and plastered with a thin layer of marmoline. The ceilings are made of a combination of stacked bricks and wooden beams. The kitchen is built out of cedar wood. This basic kitchen includes cabinets, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove & oven, and microwave. The elevated bedroom has a Tempurepedic queen bed and is accessed by a beautiful wood stairway. The loft is completely air conditioned 24 hours a day. There are two full size futons in the living room for additional guest. The living room also has a hanging hammock chair and a plasma TV with cable. The most unique aspect of the loft would be the bathroom. The fortress style bathroom is completely in slate. It has a separate tub and shower. This slate bathroom is the trademark of the loft. The fortress style bathroom was remodeled with a minimalist component in order to preserve the characteristic architecture of the times.
