Modern 3 bedroom penthouse apartment, sleeping 6, with two terraces and good views in central Malta (Mosta) location with two terraces.

The space

A very spacious and bright three-bedroom penthouse self-catering apartment in a new block (completed in 2011). The block is located on a quiet residential street in the outskirts of Mosta. The property is fully air conditioned, finished to high standard and offers guests a superb level of comfort. The open plan living area includes a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The living area is also equipped with digital TV and a DVD/Blu Ray player. The master bedroom is large, and has its own private terrace. It also has its own en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) are spacious and tastefully decorated. There is also a separate main bathroom with large bath with shower. This light and airy apartment benefits from a large front terrace, overlooking Mosta and its famous Dome, containing outside table and chairs, parasol and gas BBQ. This is an excellent base for exploring the island of Malta from a central location.

Interaction with guests

The property manager lives a short distance away and will welcome guests to the property and deal with any initial queries that may arise. The property manager speaks, Maltese, English and Italian.

Other things to note

Please note that we will require all guests to sign our Rental Agreement and Terms and Conditions. Should potential guests wish to book our property we will provide full details of our terms by email so that these can be considered and accepted before booking is finalised.

A 24 hour local contact number for guests convenience and peace of mind during their stay in provided. Smoking is allowed only on the terraces.

The open plan kitchen/living/dining area and all three bedrooms are fully air conditioned - cold or warm air. The air conditioning systems in the kitchen/living/dining area and the bedrooms are operated by way of pre-paid cards which can be purchased from the property manager during your stay. This is an additional cost which is to be paid by guests. The additional amount incurred will depend on the level of use of the a/c units.

Normal consumption of water, electricity and gas included in price. Abnormal usage will incur extra charges.

The property includes a washing machine for the use of guests. A gas barbecue and garden furniture are provided with the property for use of guests. A welcome pack, including fresh milk, wine, and mineral water is provided to all guests upon arrival.

We are required by the Malta Tourism Authority to charge an Environmental Contribution for every stay at our property after 1 June 2016. This is paid by us to the Department of Inland Revenue. The charge is calculated as Euro 0.50 per person (over the age of 18) per night, up to a maximum of Euro 5 per person. This is NOT included in the rental amount and an invoice will be issued to guests for this contribution. THIS IS TO BE PAID IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL.

Another great stay at this fantastic apartment in Mosta (second time this summer!). Apartment is modern and finished to a very good standard. Centrally located on the island, close to bus stops, shops, bars, yet still quiet and relaxing. Lovely views from the balcony towards the Dome. Will definitely be staying here again. Moira has a wonderful place in Mosta. The apartment in pretty big and comfortably fitted the four of us for the week. The front balcony looks down towards Mosta itself with its impressive dome, and the master bedroom (with en-suite) also had its own balcony. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Moira herself but communication was brilliant nevertheless. I would not hesitate coming back to Moira's apartment again in the future.

It is a wonderful place with an amazing view to the Mosta dome. Moira welcomed me very pleasant. I felt really comfortable and safe during my stay. The place is good connected to Valletta and Gozo too. The bus station is 2 min. away. Some good shops are around (butcher, fish shop, small supermarket) The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is perfectly described in the profile. Thanks again Moira!

Moira always communicated well and I was pleasantly surprised (based on previous properties) that the photos were very representative of the apartment. It is well located with bus stops, supermarkets very close. The view of the Mosta dome from the apartment is better in real life than in the photo. There is also a view of the old city Mdina from the terrace. If returning to Mosta, I would stay here again.

Moira has a beautiful apartment located in the Mosta district. The apartment is well-furnished with a beautiful kitchen and a large, open living room while the high-ceilings and expansive rooms make it perfect for large groups. Moira was very welcoming and sent along a very helpful map to the apartment, which was critical to telling the cab where we wanted to go. Once we arrived, Moira and her husband kindly showed us around the apartment and gave us helpful suggestions. We felt immediately at home once we arrived. We had a great time staying here and would highly recommend it to others looking for an authentic Malta experience. Thanks Moira!

Lovely apartment and exactly wanted we needed. Very spacious and a great balcony with a view of Mostar Dome Church. Buses nearby with cheap returns to Valletta.

Marvellous accommodation, the flat was everything it was described as. Moira, our host, was quick to respond to any questions before we arrived. Moira met us at the penthouse to welcome us, answered all our queries and had a lovely bottle of chilled white wine and bottled water to welcome us. We were able to arrive early and stay later than expected book out time which was a great bonus to us. All in all a magical holiday.
