A very spacious and bright three-bedroom penthouse self-catering apartment in a new block (completed in 2011). The block is located on a quiet residential street in the outskirts of Mosta. The property is fully air conditioned, finished to high standard and offers guests a superb level of comfort. The open plan living area includes a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The living area is also equipped with digital TV and a DVD/Blu Ray player. The master bedroom is large, and has its own private terrace. It also has its own en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) are spacious and tastefully decorated. There is also a separate main bathroom with large bath with shower. This light and airy apartment benefits from a large front terrace, overlooking Mosta and its famous Dome, containing outside table and chairs, parasol and gas BBQ. This is an excellent base for exploring the island of Malta from a central location.
Interaction with guests
The property manager lives a short distance away and will welcome guests to the property and deal with any initial queries that may arise. The property manager speaks, Maltese, English and Italian.

A 24 hour local contact number for guests convenience and peace of mind during their stay in provided. Smoking is allowed only on the terraces.
The open plan kitchen/living/dining area and all three bedrooms are fully air conditioned - cold or warm air. The air conditioning systems in the kitchen/living/dining area and the bedrooms are operated by way of pre-paid cards which can be purchased from the property manager during your stay. This is an additional cost which is to be paid by guests. The additional amount incurred will depend on the level of use of the a/c units.
Normal consumption of water, electricity and gas included in price. Abnormal usage will incur extra charges.
The property includes a washing machine for the use of guests. A gas barbecue and garden furniture are provided with the property for use of guests. A welcome pack, including fresh milk, wine, and mineral water is provided to all guests upon arrival.
We are required by the Malta Tourism Authority to charge an Environmental Contribution for every stay at our property after 1 June 2016. This is paid by us to the Department of Inland Revenue. The charge is calculated as Euro 0.50 per person (over the age of 18) per night, up to a maximum of Euro 5 per person. This is NOT included in the rental amount and an invoice will be issued to guests for this contribution. THIS IS TO BE PAID IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL.
As this property is our home, and we love it to bits, we would expect guests to treat it with care and respect!
This is a non-smoking property (other than on the terraces).
We do not allow pets.
