Cozy yet spacious 2 bedroom country cottage with gorgeous mountain views and an aesthetic mix of rustic and modern, such as wide plank pine floors and a state of the art kitchen with soapstone countertops. Hiking, skiing, and antique stores close by, as well as several used bookstores. Cable TV and high-speed internet with streaming services included.

The space
Charming and cozy hill top country cottage with gorgeous mountain views from every room. Open and spacious floor plan downstairs, containing living area with cable TV (streaming services included) dining area, half bath, and kitchen with state of the art appliances and beautiful soapstone countertops. Two private, and roomy bedrooms upstairs, with a full bath and separate laundry center. The 300 Square foot deck faces mountain views. The cottage is new construction and everything is immaculately clean and in perfect working condition. Super high-speed internet throughout the house.

Cottage is located in the Western Catskills (2.5 hours from GW Bridge), just outside the quaint village of Hobart, "The used bookstore capital of Upstate New York" with several used and antiquarian bookstores, antique shops, and country crafts stores. Plenty of hiking trails, including the famous Rail Trail, are close by. Plattekill ski resort is only a 20 minute drive and the Stamford golf course is 10 minutes away.
