My family and I had a great 2 night stay in Jacqueline's Barn. We were driving from Bordeaux through the south of France and up to Lyon (after 2 months of travelling Europe) and wanted to have 2 "time out" relaxing days. We loved our stay because:- 1. Our 4 year old loved the trampoline and exploring the property and the stream the runs through it. 2. Our 9 month old baby was safe to crawl around the barn (and explore) 3. The beds were super comfortable (with proper pillows!) 4. The setting is beautiful for outdoor dinners 5. Jacqueline and Anthony are great hosts, easy communication and very helpful re the area (we picked up great local wine within several hundred metres) 6. The barn is well equiped for easy cheese and wine meals all the way up to full cooked (but this is France so wine and cheese should be the menu) 6. The trampoline tired out our 4 year old!

We have spent a pleasant time in Loustalot, comfy, all you could need is available, and with interesting leisure options for oir kids. We've had the chance to play together table-tennis, visiting the donkeys and exploring around there. A place to relax with the family.

Fantastic place. We stayed here at short notice for one night with our 10-month old baby and dog. Jacqueline was very responsive to our messages and the apartment is exactly as advertised. The large grounds were wonderful for dog-walking and our daughter enjoyed meeting the other animals. The apartment was very clean and all essentials were included. Jacqueline went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, including helping us with finding a nearby vet. Highly recommended.

A truly magical place! The barn was immaculate and very well equipped. Tranquil surroundings, the perfect place to relax and unwind. The little extras made such a difference, we loved the fresh lavender bunches hung in the wardrobe, the fresh flowers, and the delicious baskets of figs very kindly delivered to our door by Anthony (take a visit in fig season!) Jacqueline and Anthony were the perfect hosts, very experienced hosts, who gave us loads of information on the surrounding area. There is a very handy folder in the barn with very useful information, very well organised with almost everything you can visit in the local area! We also had 'peace of mind' that our hosts were available anytime, should we have needed anything extra - although our privacy was always respected. We really enjoyed having the Yoga studio near by. Had a lovely Yoga session with Jacqueline, and the rest of my family also enjoyed various sessions there too, which they benefited from greatly. A very special place in every way possible, with very special hosts and animals, we will return!

We enjoyed our stay at Jacqueline's with some good day trips in the region. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and comfortable and a good place to relax and catch up without the distraction of TV. The hosts live separately on the property and while unobtrusive, are available for any information or assistance if required. A good stay, but as always, too short. Rod & Elaine. Sydney, Australia.

We had a good, but very quick, stay at Jacqueline's barn. It's a beautiful and peaceful setting and we wished we could stay longer, but were just passing through. Jacqueline wasn't there (she had been very clear in communicating this beforehand), but her husband was extremely helpful. Absolutely recommend to others to stay here.
