This home is spacious, beautifully decorated, yet comfortable and homey. The large back yard includes a relaxing patio and spectacular view of the city.

relax when you aren't out touring the lovely enchanted New Mexico!

Elizabeth is very accommodating. She was kind and gave us a tour of the house as soon as we settled into our room. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom which has a gorgeous antique bedroom set. The house was quiet even though she had multiple guests staying with her. You would've never known there were others in the house. She has filtered water, which is great! One morning she even offered to make us breakfast. She really is a great host. Her home is just as wonderful and offers really incredible views and is located in a good area of town. A big plus is that she is close to several restaurants too!

We contacted Elizabeth at about 9 pm and asked if the room was available now. She quickly replied and we were kindly greeted at the door. She was very hospitable and offered more than expected. We were so thankful that she opened her home with such short notice and it was still clean and inviting.

I am a medical student who chose to pay out of my own pocket to work at a clinic for 6 weeks in Elizabeth's hometown during my last summer vacation. Upon arrival, the house did not have functioning air conditioning during a heatwave where it was 108 degrees outside leading to a temperature inside the house of 93. I cancelled my reservation after 2 days due to Elizabeth failing to resolve the issue while she was not even in town. Everything would have been fine, however she refused to refund my remaining 28 days on the grounds that she didn't technically "have to" according to AirBnB's official policy since I purchased over 29 days. After opening a dispute, AirBnB thankfully refunded my over $1000 so that I could use it towards other, livable accommodation. If you don't feel comfortable giving your money to someone who feels it is morally acceptable to essentially steal from a medical student trying to help her community, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Response from Elizabeth:
The night Garrett texted me about the A/C , I was asleep. The next morning, as soon as I saw the text, I called him to apprise him that I had sent a tech out to service the A/C (the A/C was working when I left). He said, "No worries, I'm already packed and am moving to a Casita, one of my co-workers has a casita available for a lot less money. Additionally, my company made a mistake and sent me two weeks earlier than they were supposed to. I will be leaving my things at the casita and going back home for two weeks, so it's not about the A/C." So I understood he had found a better deal to save money after contracting me. So I called Support Services at Air B n B to get advise about how to handle this situation as far as the refund. I was advised that refunds are not made for such a case. When Garrett found out he was not getting refunded, he then made an issue of the A/C, even though he didn't even give me a chance to have it serviced. I responded as soon as possible to provide service. He went further and accused me of "False Advertisement" on his response. My previous guests have never indicated any dissatisfaction with what was advertised. I have always had excellent relationships with them. Garrett indicated that I left town and did not wait to meet him. He omitted the fact that I rescheduled a flight to be available to meet him, and lost two vacation days in an effort to accommodate him, due to his sudden booking. The day he arrived, he was supposed to arrive at early evening. He did not arrive untill 3:00AM, so I left a key for him at the door. The next morning I had to leave early to catch my rescheduled flight, and Garrett was still asleep, which is why I was not able to meet him. I have always refunded my guests due to illness, car problems or emergencies that arrise. I believe, in this case, Garrett was unfair in not upholding his contractural aggreement. Accuracy feedback: Garrett broke the flush mechanism on the toilet so it would not flush. It was immaculate when he arrived.
