Location

Culpeper, Virginia, United States

Quiet residential neighborhood in a small town of approximately 15 thousand people. Church across the street adds a little Sunday traffic on the street and their bells chime on the hour. Main Street is 1.5 blocks away and sometimes noise carries, particularly the sounds of sirens. You may hear the train come through if you listen carefully. There is a park with walking distance with exercise stations, biking/ strolling trails, tennis/bb courts and lots of nature, all within 1/4 mile. Independent Retail Shops, great restaurants and two micro breweries are all within walking distance. Fast food and big box stores require a car for the most part. There are several restaurants with delivery service. If you are interested in wineries, we are in the center of one of the world’s top ten wine destinations.

During your stay
I live in the home above the apartment. You have a completely private space with a separate entrance. I work during the day, M-F, but will be home early morning and evening and available to chat with guests after work should any issues arise. I can be as present or absent as you wish. I am also a marriage celebrant for the Commonwealth of Virginia. If you are eloping to VA, I can help you tie the knot.
