A great neighborhood, blocks from the beach, transit, and everything this city has to offer. Amazing views from the unit. Cozy and quiet location.
This is a 1 bedroom older well maintained walk up on the second floor but because it's on a hill you walk from the ground level right into the unit. Quiet, AMAZING VIEW of mountains, ocean, and city. 2 blocks to Kits beach, 1 block from stores (Whole foods, Safeway, the best restaurants and shopping) and transit, bike lanes, and many busses. I have a mixture of modern and shabby chic furniture and art. Full kitchen for your use (no microwave). Fast Wifi. Free laundry in the building.

All kitchen utilities, wifi, TV and apple TV with Netflix, and free in building laundry.
As if April 1st 2018 includes a secure outdoor parking spot!

Other things to note
There is parking with this unit as of April 1st. There is also 2 hour street parking (free evenings and weekends), parking lots and more free parking a few blocks west of the the apartment and a few unmarked spots in the alley ways between buildings if you want to search around.
This is an older building so it has wear and tear but it has character that's for sure. No matter how many times I or my cleaner have tried to bleach the bathroom, it's just old, but I ensure its clean.

What is Kitsilano?
Located in Vancouver's West Side, Kitsilano was named after Squamish medicine man Chief August Jack Khatsahlano. The 1960s saw the area morph from middle class residential community into a hippie haven. Kitsilano's West 4th Ave., full of natural food shops and psychedelic spaces, was Vancouver's answer to San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury.
