Nice, but also basic AirBnB perfectly located between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Flat as described, don't expect anything fancy, and don't book if you plan to stay mostly in the AirBnB (but why should you at all ) Communication with Valeria was perfect, very pleasant, super fast turnaround-times. Check-in and -out with a friend of her without any issues. She let us stay there with our baby & stroller and baby cot (no elevator, but we knew beforehand!), which wasn't an issue for her. (Thanks again!) Around are dozillians of great food places (casual & fancy), bars, breakfast or brunch locations, shops... In 15min by feet at shopping area around Weinmeister Straße/Schönhauser, in 20min by tram to Hauptbahnhof, 15min by feet to Kulturbrauerei, ... Thumbs up if you plan a short weekend in Berlin.

I stayed in Valeria's apartment for a month. Not only was it a good deal but the place was nice and clean and centrally located. Wifi was good and there was a washer in the unit! Other than a minor issue with check-in I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone else.

Valeria is one of the best Airbnb hosts i ever met. Everything was perfectly oragnized. She was always available and helped with all questions immediately. She also asked from time to time if she could do someting to get my stay even more comfortable than it already was. The flat is beautiful. It has a perfect size, it is very bright and you feel very comfortable from the moment you enter the door. The rooms have beautiful high celings, and i liked the big kitchen with the dining table. The area where the flat is located is one of the best in Berlin, everything is right around the corner, supermarktes, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, just everything can be reached in 5 minutes. As the flat is located in the rear house, you also feel very safe and its very quite. I would definitely recommend this flat and Valeria as a host. Thank you very much - it was amazing!

Located in the ever-popular Mitte area this apartment is a very affordable option. It's well located with easy access to Rosenthaler Platz U-Bahn (U8) for travel around town as well as a main tram line going by. While close by it's away from the hustle and bustle off the main street which provides endless choices for food, drinks and some bespoke designer shops too. Valeria is a great communicator and there were no issues with access, even allowing us to enter earlier than expected due to super early flights.

I spent nearly three months in this flat and absolutely loved my time there. It was a relief to discover that it was a first floor apartment — especially since I arrived with two massive suitcases. The flat is situated a brief walk from the Rosenthaler Platz U8 and the Zionskircheplatz Tram, and very close to two groceries and a bunch of spätis, making it an unbelievably convenient place to stay if you're planning to stay a while. The neighborhood itself is quiet and populated with families, so even at night, it feels very safe. There are restaurants all over the place if you're too lazy to cook, but if you want to get creative in the kitchen, you'll be quite happy to find an electric stove and oven. (Living in this flat turned me into a domestic goddess!) The kitchen doesn't have a toaster or a microwave, but it's easy enough to get by without. If you like coffee, it's well equipped, and I may have left a few more pans in the cabinet than there were when I arrived. The flat itself is just the right size to comfortably house one or two people, and for some reason, the bedroom continued to remain at a cool temperature even at the height of summer. (I was there from the end of May to the third week of August.) If you're the kind of sleeper who can't stand sunlight, the room stays wonderfully dark with the curtains shut, and becomes nice and sunny when they are drawn. Perhaps the only criticism I have is that the bathroom lights were almost never working while I was there, although there was a powerful lamp set up in the bathroom to sort of compensate. It was never really bright enough in there for me to do my makeup — I'm a makeup artist — but it was plenty bright enough in the dining area. Overall though, I was beyond pleased with the flat, and can safely say that I spent the happiest months of my life living in it. Already looking forward to returning to Berlin long-term. Thank you for a wonderful summer!
