Cool Caribbean views from our oceanfront modern colonial condo, situated in the heart of Cozumel. Enjoy the Caribbean breezes sitting on your ocean front balcony or watch Carnival from your street side balcony. Walk to restaurants, shops. Beautiful ocean views. Beach access is 1/2 block away.
We have included a desk for those who require a workspace.

The space
Beautiful and affordable ocean front condos in town are very hard to find in Cozumel, you will be pleased with this beautiful blend of classic colonial style and modern elegance, this comfortable one bedroom has a king size bed with french doors for privacy.
Two blocks from the ferry pier, 1/2 block to beach access. Easy to walk or catch a cab if you want to go scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing or to the free beach club 1/2 block away. We offer monthly prices, but they do not include electrical usage, weekly maid service, nor bottled water refills.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the private ocean front and street front balconies. Entrance to the building is shuttered at night. There is no beach access here, but there is a Free Beach Club 1/2 block at Hotel Barracuda for pool, beach and snorkeling, with swim up bar and restaurant.

Other things to note
This apartment is in the downtown area, it is a busy area with many things to do right at your fingertips. There is no beach access here. We offer monthly prices, but they do not include electrical usage, weekly maid service, water, nor bottled water refills. The long term pricing includes internet. For stays longer than 8 days, mid stay maid service is included in the price. Bring your favorite water bottles for refills from our electric dispenser.

Neighbourhood highlights

Cozumel town is great for activities, walking distance to shops, restaurants, town plaza, beaches. Lots of parks and benches to people watch, never boring! Nice sandy beach area 1/2 block from the apartment. This condo is in the heart of downtown San Miguel.
The apartment has excellent views of the Caribbean and is in a great location for exploring. The ocean access is 1/2 block away at No Name Bar in the Hotel Barracuda. There is 1 king bed. If this is all good with you, please confirm and I can accept your request.
