Un' antica costruzione del 1760 in sasso di fiume e legno, un tempo abitazione di guardaboschi, circondata da un bellissimo parco con piscina. A soli 500 metri dal paese e 800 metri dallo stabilimento termale. Un luogo magico dove passare soggiorni spensierati sull'Appennino Tosco Emiliano, a metà strada tra Bologna, Pistoia e Firenze; a pochi km dalla Rocchetta Mattei, i laghi di Suviana e Brasimone ed il Parco del Corno alle Scale nel Bolognese.
