Massimiliano was a gracious host. He met us outside the AirBnB as soon as we arrived and helped bring our luggage up. He spent time showing where to go, where to eat and the best way to visit the various islands/towns. Top notch.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in Sorrento. The location in the main piazza can't be beat. Massimiliano (on behalf of Gianluigi) met us in the piazza upon our arrival, showed us around the flat, and gave us some great tips to lead us to delicious pizza and gelato. He also gave us some leads on fantastic hikes/ walks (we loved the Capo Di Sorrento!). We highly recommend this flat.

When we arrived in Sorrento, Massimiliano met us close to the apartment, to ensure we didn't get lost. He greeted us kindly and even helped my friend out with her luggage. Upon arrival, he gave us a tour of the place and demonstrated how to work the appliances and what each of the keys were for. After we were more settled down, he spent approximately 10 minutes to throughly go over restaurant, gelato, hiking, and other tourist suggestions. He also explained the busses and fares. Before he left, he gave us his (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) contact in case we needed to reach him. We had a few questions for him during our stay, and he replied his (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) messages within 5 minutes! He was truly a wonderful host. Thank you Massimiliano! Some pros about the place: -Great and central location! Once you walk downstairs, there are many restaurants, bars and shops. -Clean apartment equipped with a good washer, dish washer, AC (that worked well!), hairdryer -A good amount of kitchen appliances (good size pot for cooking for at least 3 people), kettle, spices -Sofa bed was comfortable -Wifi worked well, but doesn't work on terrace -Beautiful terrace to dine on -Great view outside the attic window. I loved sitting on the ledge and people watching with a glass of wine. Cons: -Since the location is so central, it may not be recommended for light sleepers. It is rather noisy at night. Overall, our experience staying here was wonderful and we would definitely book with Gianluigi again! We were anticipating the stairs to be really bad, but they really weren't that bad! A nice way to get your daily cardio in while on vacation.

A unique apartment in a fabulous location. Surrounded in great restaurants and shops. We loved Sorrento and driving the Amalfi Coast. Also, highly recommend a day trip to Capri. Be aware, there are a lot of stairs to the apartment. Gianluigi clearly explains this in his write up. Thank you for hosting our Sorrento experience. Peter and Cathy
