Interaction with guests

We (Cathy and Dave) like to provide a very warm welcome to help you familiarise yourself with the area. Dave runs the small working farm and would be happy to show you around. Or if you're walkers then we'd be happy to tell you the best routes and provide you with our custom designed guides for walks from the farm in the surrounding area.
We live next door in the farmhouse and can be on hand if you need any assistance.

Other things to note

Please contact me to check the price for a specific weekend as the pricing on AirBnB isn't really designed to work for two/three day weekends very well! Sorry about that!

Cathy's place was all what we hoped for and more: clean, tidy, well-equipped and in an idyllic and beautiful rural setting. We felt very comfortable and both Cathy and her husband were really friendly and helpful.

Cathy and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. The cottage is beautifully presented and very well equipped. Following the Sat Nav is a little tricky but with the hosts directions you soon find your way. The location is stunning and a true feel of being in the country side. Shops are 15 mins in the car. An hours drive to Breacon for a relaxing boat ride along the canal. Well worth it.

This is a beautiful, clean, warm, spacious house with lovely bedding and a well-equipped kitchen. Although there are no views from the house the surrounding countryside is beautiful and tranquil. Cathy and Dave were hospitable and generous.

This was a perfect home-from-home place for us - it has a fully equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and was wonderfully warm and cosy on a cold night. Catherine is a very helpful host - helping out with a forgotten travel cot situation!

This is a wonderful cosy cottage in a very rural but idyllic spot for a quiet getaway, but also well placed for waking in the beautiful countryside. It is a lovely as the photos suggest and Cathy is a very friendly kind and extremely helpful host. Our second visit was as wonderful as our first one. Sue and family

We converted a barn on our family farm a few years ago into a charming country home, and made some space for visitors in dedicated self catering and B&B apartments.
Dave is still a working farmer.
