My flat in Maspalomas is the perfect place to spend relaxing holiday in Gran Canaria.
It's a 45m flat, located in Av. de Gran Canaria on the 7th floor, with amazing ocean view in the front and a quiet terrace in the back, on the swimming pool in the inner courtyard of the building. A free private car park is available.
Around the building there are bars, restaurants and shops, the famous Yumbo center is reachable by walk in 10 min, the beach in 15 min, big supermarkets in San Fernando in 12 min.

The space
The apartment is totally renovated and has 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a modern wardrobe, 1 bathroom with a big shower, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle, induction hob and all the necessary to cook), a living room with a comfortable sofa and a new LCD Android TV and the terrace.
