Sunny, ground-floor two-room suite. Sitting room with desk, futon that converts to comfortable double bed and easy chair. Second room is a bedroom with queen bed. Full private bathroom with soaker tub and shower. Kitchen and living room are shared with our family of three adults. Parking at the door.
Our charming Arts & Crafts character home is just five minutes' drive from Wolfville and Acadia University. We welcome well-behaved pet guests. If you have allergies, be aware, we have a cat.

The space
You'll have your own entrance to a bedroom with queen bed, heat/AC control. Sitting room with futon, easy chair and desk with WIFI. You'll also have use of the main-floor living room.
A quiet south-facing suite (no stairs to climb). In a semi-rural setting, but close to everything.
We include a self-serve breakfast, access to the full family kitchen, laundry facilities and garden. We welcome well-behaved pet guests.
For two couples travelling together, or families with two children over age eight, connecting doors close for two private sleeping spaces.
Greenwich Cottage is just minutes from town amenities including Wolfville's restaurants, theatre, concerts, festivals and events. Nearby are pubs, beaches, wineries, gardens, museums, biking and walking trails.
You can walk to Acadia's campus or Main Street shops and restaurants or drive there in 5 minutes. There are also the restaurants and shops of Port Williams, just a 5-minute drive away.
We are a family of three adults (and one cat) who live mostly on the second level of our Nova Scotia home. We're pleased to share it and the many pleasures of the beautiful Annapolis Valley with guests.

Guest access
Parking is just steps from the door. Guests are also welcome to use the family kitchen, dining/living room, laundry and garden.
A self-serve breakfast is included, with your choice of granola, oatmeal, bagels, toast, locally-made jams, fruit and hot chocolate, juice, tea or coffee.

Other things to note
Our listed fee is for two guests sharing the queen bed.
There is an additional fee of $20 per guest per night if the second bed is required.
We don't have a toddler-proof or small child-proof space, so aren't equipped to host families travelling with children under age 8.
Pet-friendly - no additional fee. We welcome well-mannered pets who are up-to-date with their shots.
We're just a 5 minute drive from Highway 101 via Exit 11.

Jackie and I are what you might call "casual comfort" travellers. We like to meet people, avoid the touristy spots and really experience a place, not just go there, but do it at our own leisurely pace. So that's the kind of hosting experience we offer - casual, comfortable and friendly. Five things we can't live without: good conversations, good books, thought-provoking documentaries, the beauty of changing seasons and just about every type of music.
