We are at the foothills of the Ventura mountains and 10 Miles from local beaches. It is one of the very few places in the world where you can go skiing and surfing in the same day (seasonal). We are across the street from Chumash Park for running or walking. They have a playground for children and basketball courts. We are 2-miles from Kimball water park.
