Karey is an avid mountain biker/snowboarder with worldly experience. She has travelled to several countries around the world, and spent 23 years living/teaching/racing/coaching in Japan. She speaks Japanese and became a semi-pro downhill mountain bike racer there in her early 20's. Born and raised in Edmonton, graduating from UBC, she now calls the Crowsnest Pass home. She founded Sweet Riders a mountain bike instructional tour company in Japan and brought it back to Canada with her home base now in the CNP. She is a level 2 certified BICP Mountain Bike Coach with over 24 years of experience and loves living in the mountains.
Her partner, Bryan was born and raised in the Crowsnest Pass, he is into several different sports such as volleyball, softball, mountain biking and just started snowboarding last year. He offers vast knowledge of the area and it's history.
