Great private guest cottage in uptown/fontainebleau area. Separate suite for couples or solo travelers with entrance from street! New construction which is a rare find in the New Orleans area. Amenities include a VERY comfortable bed, work space and desk, cable and wifi, mini fridge, coffee maker and washer/dryer.

The space
Full use of back yard and deck! I'm close to restaurants and Tulane stadium. This would be a great place for visiting parents of Tulane/Loyola students or alumni. A very short uber to magazine, downtown or Metairie areas. Quiet street that is safe with lots of free parking!

My neighborhood is a mix of students, young couples and families. All of my neighbors are incredibly kind and courteous. I feel very safe on my street all the time! Like all places in New Orleans exercise caution walking alone late at night, but in this area you should have no issues walking around during the day or coming and going at night from your car. I do so all the time!
