Just 10 meters from the waters edge are the Beach house, Beach Bungalow and the Garden Sea View Bungalow. Our bungalows have a glorious decking area to maximise outdoor living.
The Beach Bungalow features, separate shower and toilet, elevated kitchen area, elevated sleeping quarters with a stunning view of the lagoon, inside dining area connected to the spacious lounge area that also opens out onto the decking. The decking is partially surrounded by palm trees, lush greenery and white sandy pathways.
Sunset Palms Rarotonga is down a private drive, away from the road. There are close-by shops, restaurants, churches, art garllery and car & bike hire companies.

Guest will have access to the beach, nice walks along the beach. Access to the main road, bus stop is at road side.

My mother and Father live at the house closest to the main road, Mum and Dad are into gardening, so you will see them in the gardens potting around alot.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. Would prefer we keep the property private for all guest to enjoy comfortably.

Kia Orana. Nootoa here. I was born and raised in Rarotonga, but now residing in New Zealand and working in Aviation. Rewind 30 years, The big tree in front of the bungalows use to be the Sunday retreat spot for kids in the neighbourhood, when mobile phones and other devices did not exist. As kids we played tag on that tree, and the one rule was, we could not touch the white sand. The memories of my friends and I climbing that tree and laughing our heads of when we were nearly tagged will stay with me for life. Now a days, with three bungalows and the big tree being trimmed back. I wish for our guest to have a good time on the beach as I did as a kid, not climbing tree's lol but relaxing, getting your tan on and enjoying the amazing sunsets. Part of the tree is still there and if the kid in you has the urge, go for it :-) :-) :-) My mother Annie and Father Terry look after all our guest while in Rarotonga. A lot of history and a lot of stories dating back over 50 years by chatting with my mother and father. By booking your Rarotonga holiday with us, not only will you get clean and private beach front accommodation, but also an insight on the history of our little piece of paradise .
