It is near to the main road. Variety of shops including electronic, bakery, restaurants, mamak stall, car services, etc..etc.. all is in walking distance :)

Only take 1 traffic light to reach UTM. 3 minutes drive to KFC, MCD, Mydin mall n Tesco. And a bonus it takes only 1 junction to reach petrol pump station.

Easy to park car outside and inside the garage. You car park up to 3 cars in the garage.
