My home is elegant, clean and quiet. The room is large and bright. This is a fully-vaccinated zone. The bus downtown is one block away. The bus to UBC is one block away. On Oak St, between 15th and 16th there is a grocery store, a pharmacy, a delicatessen Max's, a Korean restaurant, a Pizza place and a Middle Eastern Restaurant. I speak English, French and Hebrew. All fully-vaccinated people are welcome, I am proud of Vancouver and love introducing people to the city.

The space
Kesem is a friendly, non-shedding, hypoallergenic Standard Poodle. Full breakfast (including eggs and fruit) is available, but I do not make it as I workout in the gym in the morning.
