This bright & spacious riad offers 5 en suite bedrooms outfitted with toiletries from Les Sens de Marrakech, a large terrace, and a first floor patio with a 10' x 10' x 4.5' (3m x 3m x 1.5m) deep pool. Two poolside rooms make it easy for those who cannot navigate stairs.
Enjoy the open-air pool area, looking up to the sky above the terrace! The kitchen, dining room, and salon also occupy the first floor. Up the stairs to the first floor landing, you can enjoy a quiet sitting area. Continue through a hallway to the terrace landing on the first floor, which includes three en suite bedrooms. Bright sunlight floods this floor making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sun on the lounge chairs provided. Continue to the top floor terrace and enjoy the view of the Kasbah and Koutoubia Mosques. You can also enjoy yoga or other exercise activities here. There are dining tables and chairs as well as lounges for you to enjoy. The pergola offers shaded seating. Gas heaters available in the winter months. 5G internet available throughout most of the house.
Transport available from / to the airport for €30 for up to 4 persons made during regular hours. Trips required after 22:00 or before 07:00 is €35 for up to 4 persons. Our driver will bring you as close to Riad Baya as possible; the house manager will meet you and guide you to the house.

The Kasbah district is vibrant and full of activity with shopping, spas, and historical sites for visitors. Well-lit and easy to navigate, you'll deftly find your way in this neighborhood. A short walk through the winding streets will bring you to Riad Baya. Once in the nearby souks, prepare to be pleasantly lost in the labyrinth of twisting streets and alleys, eventually ending up in the center of Marrakech, the square of Jmaa el Fna about 12 minutes away.

Guest access
You will rent the entire home. The house team will occupy the kitchen for breakfast and for the meals you purchase. In some instances, there will be a discreet night guard on the premises. The housekeeper will move discreetly between the rooms performing light housekeeping tasks. No additional people will be allowed into or admitted to the home for meals or for overnight except by advanced approval. There is a charge of $50 / person per day over a quantity of 10 persons in the house.
Other things to note
This property is not ideal for small children since the pool is on the ground floor and open on all 4 sides. No protection for children from the pool.
Our goal is to allow you to relax as much as possible and to be fully immersed in Moroccan culture while staying at our home. We offer daily lunch for €20 / person and dinner for €30 / person. Our cook is known for wonderful food so we recommend you eat in to enjoy the wonderful and authentic flavors. Our reviews show that our food is wonderful—often noted as the best our clients have had in Morocco! We are very proud of this. Each meal always includes one or more salads, a main course, light dessert, and water.
We are happy to arrange a walking tour of the Medina, camel- or quad-rides, day trips to the seaside, mountains, or Agafay Desert, food tours, henna treatments, facials and massages in your room, hammam visits, or volunteer opportunities—just let us know in advance and we will customize to your request.
