You will be far enough from downtown to avoid any of the noise, traffic or annoyances. Close enough to reach the Lake or Spokane River in 10 minutes by bicycle, so bring your bike too! Again note the house is in midtown NOT downtown....apparently from some of my reviews the the concept of 1.3 miles from downtown is difficult for some to grasp...lol. The pin on the map is wrong and AIRBNB cannot correct this for me.

Hi there. I appreciate your interest in my guest house. I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy everything North Idaho offers. I am a triathlete in summer, spend a lot of time training and in winter I am a member of the local Ski Patrol Community. I also ride a cruiser motorcycle so if you need some recommendations on fun roads/rides in the area don't hesitate to ask. In summer I can be found mostly at one of the local marinas hanging out on my boat. Coeur d'Alene is full of cultural activities as well as the numerous outdoor activities here. I am a builder and an engineer by trade so rest assured that if you stay in my cottage everything will be in good working order. Adjacent to the cottage is my Zen Garden which is a "work in progress" in the traditional sense. Feel free to pull up a lounger and just relax until you have enough energy to go "out n about" towards your next adventure. We all are seeking some form of inner peace, perhaps you can find a little here or bring some with you and leave it behind for the next traveler.
