This property situated in a quiet residential area 2 min walk from Bowness which offers a vast array of restaurant, bars, coffee shops and walks. Lake Windermere is on the doorstep with access to passenger ferries and public transport. The room is bright and airy with a private bathroom, wifi, TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Private parking is also available. For animal lovers the property is shared with , a friendly cat & dog.

The space
This space is room only with an en-suite bathroom, TV, small fridge and kettle. I provide some small snacks and milk, water, cordial. Unfortunately there is no kitchen access however I am situated two minutes away from a wide array of lovely restaurants, cafes and takeaways.

This is your private stay, but am generally on hand if you need me.

Other things to note
This is a unique location. Nestled in the heart of Bowness, it feels as though you’re tucked away in the peaceful countryside! With plenty of parking and just a two-minute walk to Lake Windermere, you’ll find Bowness’ charming restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and scenic walks right on your doorstep. It’s the perfect base for visitors to stay, explore, and unwind.
Please note: the property is located up a short but very steep hill. (which also allows for beautiful views!)

The hustle and bustle of Ash street with its unique shops and cafes. Some great eateries. Windermere ferries are at the foot of our hill, where you can explore the Lake District. Visit Beatrix Potters original home or other Lakeland villages and landmarks. There is also a tourist information centre with helpful staff to make sure you get the best from your visit.
