Located in scenic French River on the north shore of P.E.I. on a hilltop with a spectacular view of the Cavendish dunes, New London Bay and Gulf of St. Lawrence. The space
The cottage features a large open area with high ceilings and lots of windows for the livingroom, dining table and kitchen. The principal bedroom features an antique bed and dresser with ample closet storage. The second bedroom has a double bottom bunk and single top bunk with ample closet storage. There is a full bathroom. A new stackable washer/dryer makes laundry easy to do. You will want to sit on the veranda to have your morning coffee and evening beverage and enjoy the glorious views! There is a bbq and large picnic table to sit out to eat. There is a shed with extra chairs, small beach umbrellas, outdoor toys for kids and wood for the woodstove. The Roku tv allows you access to your favorite Netflix options. You will enjoy this lovely spot!

**Please note that there is building of other cottages in the area so there may be noise at times. The building of the cottage on the lot next door is anticipated to be completed fall 2025. The sight lines for Clipper Cottage are not disturbed so the views of the ocean, sky and fields are not impeded. Thank you.

We are delighted to be Airbnb hosts for two cottages in the North Shore of PEI where the sky meets the ocean and fields in a pretty magical way and the people are wonderful. We are starting to travel more and recently enjoyed being in Italy, Mexico and Costa Rica. We also travel to the west coast of Canada to see our children and love seeing the differences in topography across this great country.
