The space

The 150m2 apartment comprises a living room with mountain views, fully equipped kitchen (full oven, microwave, glass-ceramic hob plates, dish washer, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker & breakfast bar) bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, washing machine, dryer and most remarkable 100m2 terrace overlooking the island of Formentera.

-Maximum occupancy of 2 guest, no external guests are allowed to stay overnight. In case of accommodating more guests expulsion will take place with no refund.

-In case of loosing the keys, we will charge 50€ from the deposit.

On the day of arrival will be required to ensure the signing of the lease in accordance with the local laws.The validity of the lease would begin from 13:00 on the day of arrival. (Unless stated otherwise).The termination of the contract is by 11:00 on the day of departure. (Unless stated otherwise).The delay in the output phase will be interpreted as a breach of the rental conditions and therefore punishable. If the tenant does not arrive on the date provided in the rent, for any reason must promptly inform us.

If objects, furniture and tools were to be compromised, broken and not in good condition when you arrive you must immediately inform our staff who will contact the landlord to repair them as soon as possible. Tenants will be held accountable for flaws and damage to property, will be charged against them the costs of necessary repairs, after a "bad habit", omission and negligence in the maintenance of objects, furniture, tools and accessories that are present in 'property at the entrance.
Our staff and the landlord can't be held responsible for irregularities and failures with regard to water, electricity and telephone supplies, etc., when these are produced by third parties or public entities involved with the work in the vicinity.
Home Cleaning
On the day of termination of the contact the property must be left clean as it was delivered at the moment of the beginning of the contract. . We invite you to be particularly vigilant on this point before you sign the contract . If this clause is not respected, a sum of variable amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Excellent apartment and a great host indeed. Situated just 4-5 min taxi from Ushuaia it was a lovely quiet retreat surrounded by quiet bars/restaurants a supermarket, gym and taxi rank :-) me and my partner throughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you, highly recommended.

We had a great time staying at Alicia's place. She was more than helpful giving us advice on all different questions we had. Communication was perfect and we could not have had a better host. The Appartement is very spacious, modern and well equipped. It's very close to the airport and you always find parking right infront which comes in handy when you have a rental car. We can warmly recommend this place and would love to thank Alicia once again for everything!! See you next time ;-) all the best Carmen and Kathi

Excellent apartment at excellent quiet place.All equipments there works well,and everything was very clean. We spend 11 nights at this very nice place and soon we will be back again. Supermarket,restaurants,fitnes are just arround, and 10 min. walk to party place and beach. Comunication with Christian & Alicia was great ! What to say more? See you soon!

The stay in this wonderful apartment was great, everything was as it was described. With the huge terrace and balcony the place felt very big, light and open. Alicia was super friendly and helpful! We would come back anytime! Lots of love!

Great apartement. All is like described in the profil. The apartement is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed every day. Its a 10/15 minutes walk to Playa d'en Bossa and all the clubs. We can definitely recommend this apartement.

Great apartment!! Everything was clean and new! If you are looking for a place close to the center and to the parties, but far from the mess and noise, this is the right choice to do it! The location Is good, but you'll need a (URL HIDDEN) see the entire island as well. Juan was very kind and helpful with us. Highly recommended!!

The apartment is great! We felt like home. It was big, tidy and clean. Alicia was so friendly and always available in case we needed something or had any questions. She explained everything about the apartment and recommended restaurants, beaches and places to visit. The beach in Playa d'en Bossa is a 15-20 mins walk away, but the island has much more to offer than that. It was a great trip and I totally recommend the apartment and the hosts.
