Located in one of Santa Teresa’s most desirable neighborhoods, Casa La Niña sits in a gated community atop a small hill, just above the best beaches, restaurants, and bars.

(note: living area does not have AC due to its open-air design, with openings that blend the living space with the pool, garden, and patio.)

All the house and the pool - both private. Possibility of parking a car and a quad in front of the entrance of the house.

A 4x4 vehicle or ATV/quad is needed to reach the property.

Maintenance persons have access to the property for cleaning the pool and general maintenance tasks.

Air Conditioning available in both bedrooms only.
TV connected to the internet available in master bedroom only.

Our home is in a beautiful tropical setting, so you may occasionally see insects or small bugs, as is common in all houses in the area. We take care to keep the property clean and well maintained, but some contact with nature is part of tropical living, regardless on how we try to avoid it. This is especially true during rainy season. To help avoid attracting insects, we recommend keeping any food stored in the fridge or disposing of it in the garbage bins. Please avoid leaving food out on counters, tables, or outside areas.

Regarding past reviews on neighbors’ construction. The main construction is now completed. Minor works could be heard from the indoor part of the neighbor’s property or in their pool area, although no works have been performed in the past months.
