Beautiful Waterfront 3 Story Home W/ Dock In Old Homosassa, Florida

The space
Hello and Welcome to Beautiful Old Homosassa. This Waterfront Stilt Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Each floor has a deck that overlooks Battle Creek and the Marshfront. Battle Creek is a tributary of the Homosassa River and Part of the Chassahowitzka national wildlife refuge. This home is a hidden, peaceful gem, perfect for nature lovers, fisherman, scallopers, bird enthusiasts, kayakers, or all of the above. The home is Just minutes to the gulf by boaters who know these waters. The home is located on a tidal creek so larger boats and propeller outboards must take extreme caution with these tidal areas and are not recommended. Home sleeps 8 comfortably-6 adults and 2 kids. The Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances. The Laundry room w/ washer/dryer. The Living room has couch with queen size air mattress, recliner, large flatscreen tv and well appointed furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large flatscreen tv and new rustic appearing furniture. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and flatscreen tv. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. Large closets are available throughout the house. The Garage is used as a game room with pool table, bar, and dartboard for your entertainment. High speed Wi-fi. Roku TV streaming Sling TV, ATT TV, YouTube TV, HBO Go, hulu, Netflix is available for your technology needs. Fishing dock and cookhouse with jacuzzi room on property. Property has approximately 100' of bulkhead waterfront. Absolutely No Smoking or Pets Allowed.

Multiple restaurants in the area include: The Freezer, McCrae's, and KC Crumps. Some restaurants can be reached by the waterway and live music are played on the weekends. The Homosassa Springs nature park is a great attraction a few miles away. Weekie Watchee is 35 minutes south on HWY 19. Be sure to catch the Mermaids show that perform daily. A slightly larger town, Crystal River is 20 minutes North on HWY 19.
