The warmth of this beautiful, classic oceanfront cottage will embrace you from the moment you step into its handsome tiled entry. The wood-lined walls and cheerful decor will lift your spirits; the ocean view from the upstairs living room will take your breath away. The entire western wall is lined with windows, so the refreshing sight of the blue Pacific and waving dune grass is ever present. The wooden vaulted ceiling has quirky model boats along its beams, and the ocean-themed pictures and details provide delightful, rustic touches to the spacious living room.

You’ll enjoy sitting back on the comfy couch in front of the wood stove, whether you’re watching a movie on the large flat screen on one of the premium cable channels or gazing out at the ocean sky. A twin daybed makes a perfect spot for an extra guest, and the irresistible telescope will draw you to watch for whales on the horizon. You will dine with an ocean view after making meals in the charming, fully equipped kitchen. Doors to the upper-story deck, with its privacy screen and gas barbecue, give you the easy option of al fresco dining or watching the sun set in the waves. Two queen bedrooms, both with a TV and a premium cable package, and two full baths make it easy to invite friends to join you for a refreshing stay at the beach.

Home is located in the beautiful Bayshore community of Waldport. Your Waldport location gives you access to groceries and dining, kayaking in the Alsea Bay or time exploring Cape Perpetua and the many wonders of this incredible section of the Oregon Coast. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Parking Instructions: 2 cars maximum

There is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only.

Bayshore Clubhouse facilities are available to guests for a fee during the summer season. The last day of the 2021 pool season will be Sunday, September 26th. Closed until next Summer.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
