Beautiful & very quiet loft apartment in the heart of Florence, with two large rooms and four beds. The flat is very spacious, with a full kitchen, living room & bathroom.
The apartment entrance leads into a spacious living room and kitchen, equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave/oven.
The dining table includes leaves that can extend it to seat up to 8 people (4 additional chairs are in storage).
The comfortable living room couch contains a pullout bed, in addition to the beds in the bedrooms.
The TV has cable with 100+ channels, and high-speed WiFi is included in your stay.
This large multi-functional space is a joy for cooking and spending time together as a couple or a family. From the windows, you can enjoy a view of the cupola of Florence’s world-famous Duomo, the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore, and on the high ceiling there is a beautiful fresco, adding charm to the space. A door separates this room from the bathroom and bedrooms.
The lower bedroom is enclosed by curtains, and contains a desk, and a twin-sized trundle bed (one twin-sized mattress in the bed frame, and another twin-sized mattress beneath it that rolls out). Two people can comfortably sleep in this room.
In the loft upstairs, there is a four-drawer dresser, nightstand, and a queen-sized bed. All the lovely Tuscan-style windows have coverings to shade light for sleeping.
The location is perfect as it offers the convenience of staying in the very center of Florence, but also provides a peaceful atmosphere (no bars nearby!) and beautiful views.

Feb 9th, 2015 - Hello World!
Treat the house as your own place. Keep quiet at the corridors if you're coming late to the apartment. Upon departing or leaving the house, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, as well as the lights in the rooms and its facilities. Shut and lock the door and windows, make sure gas knob is in off position, turn off the AC/heaters, etc. Other than that, relax and enjoy your stay in Firenze :)
