When you need to come around. It will be easy With the Virum S-train station 7 minutes walk away. And busses going all the time from Kongevejen just beside of the location.

We Will be as helpfull as we possibly can so you can have a present stay.

The space
The house is in two levels. The room you are placed in the lover level where you have access to a bathroom. You will find a mini oven and a hob beside of the sink and small kitchen table in the scullery room you arrive in when you step indoor. Here you can warm up som small fast food dishes you bring. The kitchen facilities are not for cooking real meals. And in a low standard but it works.

You can find place for you clothes and stuff in some of the drawers in your room.
Please lock the door when you leave my house. You will have to hold the handle up when you turn the key to lock and unlock.

Because of the location in the basement I have installed an sun to air plant to improve the quality of the air. And yes…You can open the Window The room.
And the fact that the houses is build on ice time sandy ground the radon is very low in the area. The windows is ofcause placed in cellar shafts. But because of the modern sun to air plant the air always stays fresh.
My daughters room is also located there that’s why the air quality is imported for me.

You rent a room that will be yours. You have access to one of my to bathrooms located I the basement. There will be primitive (very low standard) cooking facilities and a sink in a little sinktable in my scullery you can use. Daughters room is also placed in the basement and she also use the bathroom.

We are very easy people to live with and we like share our home with you when you experience Denmark.
We will help you as much we can if you need it.

During your stay
We can be very social when we are not busy but if you want privacy the room for rent is placed in the basement where you have your own entrance so we don’t have to meet all the time when you are in the house.

Other things to note
If you have a small child with you I have a junior bed and some toys for you to use. Just ask for it.

We have a cat. I Can not Promise he won’t be nosey to se who you are. But He usually stays op stairs with us.

After all, the Danish government asks the population to save energy.

Most Danish private homes do this.
I also expect my guests to use my home thoughtfully in relation to this European energy thoughtfulness and have therefore not raised my rent.
Because I think this is not only about economics but about greater responsibility for the community in the EU.

This means that we should not overconsume and therefore take short baths and that of course we do not use the bathtub for long baths.
This is also why we have lowered the temperature in the house. Respekt that and do not turn up The heat. I’ make sure The temperature is between 20-22 degres.

I encourage and hope that you participate responsibly in relation to the government's instructions not to overconsume as my house is gas heated.

It is a quiet place with easy access to Copenhagen. My home is placed next to the beautiful forrest. Here you can go fore a walk in the nature. We live few kilometres from a lake and the sea, so in the summer there will not be long way for a swim. Look at a map to see.
