Vibes: My neighbors are very friendly, generally quiet and look out for one another.

Parking protocol: Be sure to park on the part of the street directly in front of my home while also leaving room for a second vehicle. My neighbors have been vocal about guests parking in their spot and I would like to be accommodating to everyone. There is generally plenty of space down the street if it happens to full in my parking area.
