Thor's Garden Homestead sits in four acres of land in a quiet hamlet six miles from the medieval city of Lincoln. The well equipped, beautiful accommodation is newly converted. The lounge has a wood burning stove and guests can choose between a double bedroom overlooking the pond and two singles tucked away in the roof. The property backs on to SSSI woodland and is a haven for wildlife. The area has an extensive network of footpaths and the quiet roads are ideal for cycling .

Guest access
Guests can use the entire accommodation, relax in the garden furniture by the pond or wander in the four acres of grounds. Our house is next door to the holiday let so we are available if help is needed but the entrances are entirely separate and your privacy is guaranteed . We do have two bedrooms which offers a choice of beds for couples or singles travelling together. We like to offer a little luxury with a lot of space so restrict the number of guests to two.

Where you’ll be

Potterhanworth, England, United Kingdom

The historic city of Lincoln with its fine cathedral, holding one of the few copies of Magna Carta, is only seven miles away. There is the new International Bomber Command Centre only six miles away and Woodhall Spa "The home of golf in England" is also within a short drive. The nearby Lincolnshire Wolds is a relatively undiscovered area of beautiful rolling hills with plenty of good walks and beyond that is the coast with its seaside resorts. There is a great deal to do in our county whether it is exploring our countryside or getting acquainted with our history.
