The space
In the heart of Corso Italia, at Dufferin and St. Clair. With a private enclosed backyard that is great for kids and pets. Steps to St. Clair Avenue and a variety shops, restaurants, cafes and light rail transit (LRT). The St. Clair West Subway station is a 10 min ride on the LRT which provides easy accessibility to UofT, MTO and all the rest of downtown and surrounding areas.
New bathroom and kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with everything you would need for a long term stay.
Walk out from the kitchen to an enclosed backyard equipped with patio furniture and BBQ.
Living room has a wood burning fireplace and there is a large flat screen TV with Roku access to streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc. The main floor also has a work area equipped with a desk.
The main bedroom has a king sized bed and a large closet. The second room has a queen bed and a built in closet The third bedroom has a single bed. A cot bed can be added to one of the bedrooms for a sixth sleeping area.
In unit washer and dryer.
The house is within easy access to everything. It is 30 minutes by car from the airport, 10 minutes to the highway and the heart of Downtown is about 40 min on public transportation. There is no need for a car if you rent this property unless you plan on doing some site seeing to Locations outside of Toronto. Otherwise a car is not recommended for getting around in Toronto.
Free on the street Parking permit is included for one car for stays of 6 months or longer.
We can assist you in arranging your own parking permit for stays of less than 6 months if you have a car.
This is a two unit home. There is a separate unit in the basement. Each unit has its own private entrance. The entrance to the basement unit is located at the side of the house, separate from the front door entrance. The two units are completely separate from each other and there are no shared spaces between the units. Noise may travel at times between both units. We ask all guests to be considerate of noise.
Guest access
The entire first and second floor of the house is your own private space. The basement is a secondary unit and rented separately . There are two completely separate entrances. The front door is access to the first and second floor. There is a side door for access to the basement apartment so you will most likely not have any contact with the tenant in the basement. Keep in mind this is a house so noise may sometimes travel.
