Great Host communication

Recent guests loved Neighbour Residences's communication.
A luxury studio apartment with separate kitchen, in the heart of Central London. Located just 50m from Covent Garden tube station, and directly nextdoor to the Royal Opera House. Owned by an interior designer, this apartment includes bespoke furniture, 4 metre high ceilings, huge windows, an incredibly comfortable Hypnos king-size bed, dinner table with four chairs & 55" smart TV with Netflix.

The space
Guests are welcome to access the entire apartment, as we do not keep any personal belongings there. Owned by an interior designer, they have lovingly furnished the property with elegant and hand-crafted fixtures and furniture.

ID (PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENSE) MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO CHECK IN DETAILS BEING RELEASED.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE, NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR FUNCTIONS OF ANY SORT. MAXIMUM 2 PERSONS PERMITTED IN THE APARTMENT. CCTV IS INSTALLED OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR GUEST SAFETY.

As per AirBnB policy, bookings may not be made for third parties (including family members or work colleagues). Name on account must be the lead traveller on the trip itself. Any bookings for third parties - once confirmed - will be non-refundable and not honoured. Check in details will not be released, and any attempt to access the apartment without the guest making the booking will be reported to AirBnB in order to block the account from making future booking.
