Beautiful top floor condo, 2 Bed, 2 Bath located in the "Lodges at Canmore". Short walk to downtown Canmore. Full kitchen, flat screen TV & cable, free high-speed WiFi, spacious deck with gas BBQ , free laundry, newly installed central air conditioning & mountain views. 860 sq ft. Heated year-round outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs (one with Three Sisters views), fitness room, & community BBQ area with gas BBQ & patio tables.
Large heated underground parking.
Non-smoking & no pets please.

The space
Please be aware the living room with sofa bed for additional guests is not blackout for people sensitive to light.

Has portable air conditioning, not central air conditioning.

Large underground heated parking has a max height of 7'3"/2.2 meters. There is additional parking outside on-site and street parking for larger vehicles. The parking garage entry is narrow so large SUVs may need to pull in their wing mirrors.

The Lodges at Canmore do not have internet access on the TV so if you would like to stream we recommend bringing your own device which can connect via HDMI cable.

Guest access
Heated year round outdoor pool, three hot tubs, fitness room and free underground parking. Please be aware that the hot tub and pool may be closed during extreme cold temperatures (-20 or more aprox).

Please note that same day bookings may be subject to a later check in time.

Other things to note
We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS/OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using any amenities (including the pool & hot tub), walking around the complex and climbing of stairs anywhere on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries arising during your time at the property.
