The space
We are delighted to introduce our newly completed townhouse complex. This beautiful complex,
Sunway Villas, comes complete with landscaped garden, large communal pool, sunbeds and
umbrellas for a relaxed and happy tropical holiday. The main communal swimming pool is 12m by
5m with an additional with kids' pool of 3m by 5 m.
The complex is conveniently located just few minutes walk to the breathtaking Choeng Mon beach.
On the way you will find coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores and more.
The first floor of each townhouse is a spacious open plan air-conditioned living room with a
comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen,
which includes a fridge, kettle, stove-top, oven, microwave oven and washing machine in most of
the units. All you need to create culinary wonders. The living room's floor to ceiling sliding doors open on to a spacious private deck area extending the size of the living space even more.
The second floor has two bedrooms both equipped with air-conditioning and built in wardrobes.
One has a large double bed and private balcony while the second has two single beds with option
to convert it into one queen size bed. There is a shared bathroom with shower and bathtub on the second floor and a guest toilet on the first floor.
The interior is a generous 117m2 and 132m2 including the balcony and deck terrace.
Also available: iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safety box.
