About this listing
Beautiful and inviting, gated 1920s home with magnificent views. A charming and elegant 3-room suite nestled in the Hollywood foothills. Only a 10-minute walk to the famous 'Hollywood & Vine'. This is a true serene oasis in the heart of the city.
A beautifully maintained 1920s Hollywood Hills home has a private entry guest-suite to offer guests. The suite is a wing of the owner’s home but is situated so it feels like your very own hillside guesthouse. You’ll be impressed with the guest-wing; which has its own living room, a separate bedroom with seating area and a luxurious private bath.
The living room comes furnished with a large ultra-suede sofa, very comfortable chair, and built-in window seat surrounded by windows. A perfect spot for your afternoon nap; or lose yourself listening to music; or just kicking back flipping through an assortment of luxe or Architectural Digest mags. Also included, 47” HD Smart-TV connected to A/V component system.
A queen-size pillow-top mattress with down pillows and comforter is complimented by sweeping hillside views from your private bedroom door. A full-size dresser and sitting area with table are part of your bedroom suite. Within the bedroom closet we’ve created a ‘kitchenette’ space for your convenience, but don’t worry there’s still tons of room for your luggage and belongings. The ‘kitchenette’ includes a mini frig, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. It also includes, 2-person place setting with glassware, mugs, place mats and napkins. Paper towels, plates and plastic-ware are thrown in too. Finally, we provide an assortment (or some variation) of: bagels, muffins, croissant, coffee, tea, milk, juice and bottled water. All for you to enjoy at your leisure during your stay.
New contemporary bathroom has tiled floors, counters, and over-sized shower but is surprisingly warm. In part, due to the color palate but also the ever-comforting waterfall style showerhead. But if that’s not your thing, it’s also equipped with a handheld head, too. We’d like to mention the bathroom is much larger than it appears in our pics and has tons of storage for all your toiletries. However, we stock the lavatory with some “extras” in case you forgot them:
•bath and hand towels, wash clothes
•soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
•tooth brush and paste, mouthwash, floss
•razor, shaving cream
•deodorant, lotion, moisturizer
•cotton balls, Q-tips, band-aids
Upon arrival guests will be given keys to their entrance, a brief walk about the property, and shown the included amenities and guest-suite.
Interaction with guests
Utmost respect for everyone’s privacy is essential to provide you with the best stay possible; although, we are happy to give suggestions for places to eat, drink and go play in L.A. Perhaps, you’ll want to hear a bit of fascinating history of the homes, the hills and neighborhood you’ll be nesting-in for awhile.

Hi, I'm Kenn.
I’m an environmentally conscience guy that believes in treating Earth as we should treat each other: kind, gentle and with respect. Although my brain is bent towards science I have a passion for art, automobiles and creativity. I see things for what they are and also what they could be. I appreciate travel and diversity, finding life in Los Angeles a rewarding place of discovery, adventure and enjoyment.
Hi, I'm Alan.
I'm a live and let live kind of guy with great awe and respect for world culture. I have traveled extensively with open mind and heart and truly consider myself more of a traveler than a tourist. I value home, friends and beauty in its many expressions. I worked many years in the movie business as a senior publicist and photo editor, now working part time. I love to cook and discover and laugh.
