Salty Life 5 is a renovated waterfront 2 bedroom unit. Fully furnished and styled by a professional stylist with a new furniture, bathroom, floors and carpets.
The master bed and living area look directly to the beautiful bay and enjoy direct access to the lagoon.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy eating in.
The location is adjacent to the marina and a short walk to shops, cafes and clubs.

The space
Explore safe beaches within 5 minutes. Drive south along Beach Rd : Wimbie and Surf Beach , Denhams or Casey's Beach and Sunshine Bay or go South along George Bass Drive to Lillipilli, Malua Bay, Mackenzies, Rosedale, Guerilla Bay, Tomakin and Broulee beaches. There are many coastal walks between Batemans Bay and Moruya. Boat and kayak hire is available. Mogo Zoo and the quaint town of Mogo is 10 minutes away. Farmers and general markets and major shops are 10 minutes away at Batemans Bay or 30 minutes to Moruya.

Guest access
There is only 1 carpark space available. Car space No. 5 is clearly marked for your stay. Any additional cars must not be parked on the premises. There is a carpark 100m away adjacent to Raine & Horne.

Other things to note
Beds are already made up.
All you need to do to enjoy your holiday is arrive and kick off your shoes.Linen and towels are included in the accommodation charge. BBQ on premises
NOTE:
We are not a motel so tea,coffee and milk are not supplied
Cleaning fee is $120 per stay.
If the unit is left in an untidy state rubbish left around etc an extra cleaning fee will be charged min $50
If security key is lost there will be a $30 charge for replacement. If fog is lost a $20 charge for replacement.

Local golf club (ClubCatalina) is only 500m down the road with a fantastic restaurant Other local clubs nearby include the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club, Malua Bay Bowling Club and Tomakin Sports Club. All these clubs have courtesy buses running. The local shopping mall is just 5 mins drive away, wander around the boutiques, sample the delicious delights of the many restaurants and cafes. It’s all here - supermarket, liquor outlet, hairdresser, medical centre. Our 2-bedroom apartment comes fully self-contained - stylish kitchen, linen supplied. The perfect holiday setting!!!
