Our house is located deep inside the backstreets of a neighborhood. You need to follow a check-in guide with photos to get to our house. As a traditional house, there is no elevator, if you have heavy luggages, please consider.

SAFE AND CALM NEIGHBORHOOD : Our house is located in a small alley within a military residential area, offering a calm and quiet atmosphere. With the Ministry of Defence, various embassies, and government buildings nearby, it is also one of the safest areas in Hanoi.
COMFORTABLE AND HIGH STANDARD ROOM
- All furniture in the room is new
- Top quality bedsheet and towels: 100% cotton, ultra soft.
- Everything is cleaned to high standards - bedsheets and towels are washed at 60°C, and all furniture surfaces and floors are sanitized with detergent.
- Comfortable double bed (150x200x28cm) with independent pocket spring mattress and memory foam layer, ensure to provide you the most comfortable and high quality sleep.
- Cozy room (13m2) with fully equipped utilities: air-conditioner; fan; hair dryer; hangers; clean towels; reading lamp; cotton stick; tissue; notebook and pens.
- Small balcony with plants outside
- Shared bathroom on the same floor if there is guest on the other room across the hallway - otherwise, private. Please note the bathroom is outside the room and is accessed through the hallway.

- Convenient store (Circle K; VinMart);
- Bank and ATM post (Dien Bien Phu street);
- Hospital (Saith Paul Hospital; 108 Military Hospital; Viet Duc Hospital);

- Local market: 5 mins walk to Tran Phu street.
We also offer water bottle, water refill station, coffee, tea in the shared kitchen on the ground floor.
For your convenience, both check-in and check-out will be self-service.

Other things to note
** Since my brother and I (the fluent English speakers in the family) are currently abroad, my mom will be your primary host for most of the year. She will be there if assistance is needed. While her English is limited, she is a gracious and friendly person who genuinely loves helping others and enjoys sharing Vietnamese culture.
Please note that you need to climb the stairs as the room is on 3rd floor of a 4-storey house. Think of it as a little extra adventure before settling into your comfortable space! :)
And if it’s not too much of a trouble, we kindly request you to remove your shoes before heading upstairs and throughout the rest of the house, as it's important in Vietnamese culture to wear barefoot inside the house. You are welcome to put your shoes on the shoes rack on the ground floor.
