Amazing property with ample space to hold family gatherings. Please don't be confused this isn't just another large home. The property has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms just on the first floor alone. No other property in the Tampa Bay area would be comparable! Without question the property comfortably can house groups of 20 plus people while guests can still maintain their privacy. Large Resort backyard with Brand New Pool installed 2019. House parties will not be allowed at this property.

The space
This property is sitting on 1.5 acres and has plenty of space to move around in the large front and backyard. Parking will never be an issue at this large Estate. Excellent accommodations for large family gatherings. Whether you are hosting a gender reveal, baby shower. You won't find many places like this that gives groups and families the option to all stay together. For additional space please inquire about the separate 2 bedroom 1 bath unit upstairs that we keep completely vacant. For groups of over 16 people please confirm with the host before booking.
